About the Role:As an Operations Specialist, you’ll support the firm’s client transition team by handling important administrative and document-processing tasks. Your efforts will directly impact the onboarding experience of clients, helping ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
Key Responsibilities:Print and assemble key client documents
Flag and highlight areas requiring signatures
Prepare and organize UPS shipments (including return envelopes)
Generate accurate UPS shipping labels
Track task progress and document status in Excel
Scan and log returned materials for processing
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (basic Excel skills required)
Able to follow procedures with accuracy and consistency
Dependable and professional in demeanor
Previous administrative or clerical experience is a plus but not required
Hands-on experience in the financial services industry
Supportive and professional team environment
