Job SummaryThe Office Coordinator will serve as the primary receptionist and office support specialist, delivering excellent service to clients, visitors, and internal teams while managing administrative projects and office logistics.
Essential Responsibilities- Serve as the front‑desk receptionist, welcoming and directing visitors, answering incoming calls, faxes, and emails, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supplies and breakroom inventory, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Support internal event logistics: set up conference rooms, manage coffee and beverage stock, coordinate new‑hire welcome kits, and order lunch for meetings.
- Manage office expenses and receipts in partnership with accounting; book hotel rooms and process travel receipts.
- Provide administrative support to other departments, including data entry, client material preparation, and miscellaneous tasks as requested by management.
- Perform additional projects and tasks as directed by leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer‑service experience required.>
- Experience in an office coordinator or receptionist role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

- Work in a typical office setting; lifting up to 25 lbs and frequent bending, twisting, and standing.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within the region for meetings.
- Will need a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime.
Hourly pay range: $24.00 – $28.85, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, life, long‑term care, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and professional development opportunities.
