Job DescriptionWORK SHIFT
:
Site schedule is 9/80. Preferred work schedule 8am - 5pm CST M-Th, 8am-4pm CST alternating Fridays, opposite Fridays off.
Pay Range
: $60/hr - $85/hr the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Job Description:
- Looking for a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst 3 to support our Plymouth, MN PPSA department. As a member of the PPSA department you'll get to support a multitude of program teams in our business unit.
This position will be remote with on-site required on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.
- Make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership.
- Interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager.
- Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
- Implement scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:
- DCMA 14-point
- IPMR DI-MGMT-81861
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Critical Path Analysis
- Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis
- Provide weekly status and reporting
- Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (I ) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications for Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst 3:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling - OR - Master's degree with 3+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling.
- Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with scheduling software (i.e., MS Project, SSI Tools).
Preferred Qualifications for Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst 3:
- Experience with Deltek scheduling software (Open Plan, Acumen Fuse, PM Compass, Cobra reports).
