Busy powersports manufacturer has an opening for a Customer Service Representative. This is a direct-hire position with excellent benefits!
Duties- Provide customers with product information and support for questions and complaints regarding company’s products
- Act as liaison between customer and company
- Communicate with external dealers/customers about order verification/status, pricing, shipment status and quality issues
- Conduct follow-up regarding service support issues (parts, manuals, training, etc.)
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with negotiating and resolving disputes
- Experience/interest in the powersports or automotive industries a plus
Hourly rate: $/hr
Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM
