The outpatient Family Medicine Physician role at an Allina Health Plymouth Clinic offers a collaborative team environment focused on patient care. As a Primary Care Family Physician, you will encounter a variety of specialties to support patients along their healthcare journey, fostering a nurturing environment rooted in robust collaborative relationships.

• Collaborative team of 25 members, including internal medicine, podiatry, audiology, diabetes education, pharmacy, Penny George, rheumatology, psychology, mental health consult, lab, and X-ray onsite with access to the full Allina Health system.
• 36 patient contact hours per week with flexible FTE.
• Minimal call coverage: phone only, RN triage support.
• Outpatient practice for all ages, including growing families.
• Clinic hours Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm; closed Saturday–Sunday.

The Plymouth clinic is located in Abbott Northwestern – West Health, near freeway access and ample free parking. Plymouth is a suburb in the Minneapolis‑Saint Paul metropolitan area, about 10 miles west of downtown Minneapolis.

• Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well‑being.
• Practices thoughtfully with consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy, and legal responsibilities.
• Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
• Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows.
• May participate in peer review and quality assurance.

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
• BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required.
• Active, non‑restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.
• BLS Tier 1 – Basic Life Support – Multisource required within 180 days.

Medium Work:
Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy); up to 25 lbs. frequently.

Pay Range: $266,500 to $313,500 per year. This reflects the starting base pay range for a full‑time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on experience, education, and union agreement (if applicable).
