Pay Range:$15.99 - $18.55 Hourly

Job Description:

** Primary Objective of Position
** Instruct and lead preschool, youth gymnastics programs in an exciting and safe atmosphere. Training is provided prior to program start dates and a curriculum is provided.
** Major Areas of Responsibility
** Instruct and assist with preschool and youth gymnastics programs in a safe environment.
* Curriculum provided for part-time positions.
* Training provided prior to program start.
* Programs run September through May.
* Programs are held on Saturdays.
* Must be available to work
** 3 out of 4 Saturdays each month**.
* No programs are held on holiday weekends.

Essential Functions:

* Plan, organize and direct activities for all ages in a recreation setting.
* Provide support as needed for all participants and staff to create an inclusive environment.
* Work as part of a team to ensure quality programs for all ages.
* Follow staff policies and procedures.
* Ensure all staff and participants follow the established policies and procedures.
* Provide a safe, fun and appropriate experience of all participants.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** Must have experience working with youth
* Must have previous gymnastics or dance experience.
* Must be 16 years of age by employment start date.
