Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to support first‑shift catheter production in a cleanroom medical device environment. This role is highly floor‑focused and ideal for candidates who enjoy working directly with operators, solving problems on the spot, and driving production improvements.

• Provide front‑line engineering support on the production floor (cleanroom; 80%+ of the day).
• Respond to operator escalations involving scrap, yield issues, quality concerns, and equipment errors.
• Perform scrap dissections, root‑cause analysis, and drive yield improvements.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and cross‑functional teams to support smooth production runs.
• Build strong relationships with operators; coach and support them as needed.
• Participate in ergonomic and safety improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, Industrial, or related).
• 1–3 years of hands‑on production support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with diverse personalities and cultures; patient and team‑oriented.
