• Supervise and perform maintenance responsibilities including predictive maintenance, equipment repair and rebuild, electrical, and maintenance training programs.
• Maintain the Food Application Center utilities and operations to reduce downtime and assure successful execution of trials.
• Troubleshoot equipment, mechanically or electrically; must be able to read electrical diagrams.
• Maintain a schedule and update maintenance schedule in the Food Application Center.
• Partner with engineering team to do proper process upgrades and continuous improvement.
• Work with 3rd party vendors to assure all inspections are up to date.
• Support Food Safety and 5S activities.
• Set up, commission, align, and prepare trials in our facility.
• Support the smooth running of trials, both internal and external to support our customers in their new projects.
• Participate in continual learning activities and apply practical application to work performed.
• Participate in all aspects of customer trials including milling and extrusion.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Technical diploma or related degree in mechatronics or related field.
• 5+ years of maintenance or field service experience, ideally in the food industry.
• Microsoft Office experience required.
• SAP experience is ideal.
• Experience working with PLCs, preferably Allen Bradley.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve a common goal.
• Utilizes effective approaches for choosing a course of action for developing appropriate solutions.
• Sets clear goals and functions effectively under critical and tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and other pressures.
• Presents information, analysis, and ideas in writing in a clear and concise manner.
• Speaks and understands English fluently.
• Domestic and international travel 15% of time, which may include long hours and non‑traditional work schedules.
