This position will report to the MSP-Metals Manufacturing Engineering Manager and be an on-site position locatedin Plymouth, Minnesota.
- As a vital member of the Minnesota Metals Manufacturing Engineering team at TE (Laser cutting and Laser welding), your remarkable problem-solving abilities will shine and be genuinely celebrated. Yourfocus will be on seamlessly integrating state-of-the-art products into our production lines and leading essential process design initiatives.

Your dedication to excellence will inspire transformative improvements in both product and process quality through the strategic application of LEAN methodologies, 6S practices, and thorough rootcause analysis using structured problem-solving techniques.
- You will champion continuous improvement efforts in partnership with manufacturing engineering, quality,supply chain, and operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence that is integral to our success. Your expertise will be invaluable as you establish and execute comprehensive engineering studies, capability assessments, test method validations, and characterization efforts.
- Collaboration will be at the heart of your role as you engage with customers to swiftly resolve quality issues,implement design changes, and uncover exciting cost-saving opportunities. You will skillfully translate objectives into actionable tasks, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives like equipment in sourcing,enhancements, and innovative fixture design and development.
- Maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards is essential for ensuring the safe and effective useof the medical devices produced by TE. Your steadfast commitment to these standards will be crucial in upholding our esteemed reputation for delivering high-quality, reliable medical devices.
