Project Engineer – Sustaining Engineering

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a Project Engineer – Sustaining Engineering to join their team. As a Project Engineer – Sustaining Engineering, you will be part of the Engineering organization supporting R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional project management capabilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $45.00–$46.00/hour

• Lead sustaining engineering, supplier change, design change, and continuous improvement projects.
• Manage project schedules, risks, milestones, deliverables, and change orders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain functions.
• Develop project dashboards, metrics, governance reports, and status updates.
• Ensure project execution complies with FDA regulations and quality system requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of medical device experience in R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects within matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
