Senior R&D Systems Engineer – Electrophysiology

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a Senior R&D Systems Engineer
- Electrophysiology to join their team. As a Senior R&D Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Electrophysiology R&D organization supporting engineering, product development, and cross-functional technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and collaborative problem-solving capabilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Plymouth, MN 55442 (Onsite)

Pay Range: $50-$52/hour (W2)

• Translate user needs into system and product requirements for new medical device development.
• Design, develop, and evaluate mechanical and electromechanical components and systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and support products from concept through market release.
• Maintain DHF documentation, design controls, and technical development records.
• Coordinate project activities, support staff, and external development partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of engineering or systems engineering experience.
• Experience with product development, requirements management, and design documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Medical device, Class III/implantable device, electrophysiology, cardiac, catheter, or electromechanical experience preferred.
