: 6 months + potential to extend
Shift
: 8 am - 7 pm, Wednesday - Saturday, with rotating Sunday shift

Polaris Adventures (worked with by Dahl Consulting) – Polaris is hiring an Adventures Support Representative for a contract position.
- Provide first-line support for Outfitter and Dealer daily operations via phone and email
- Address Outfitter and Member inquiries, escalating as needed
- Assist with daily Outfitter program inquiries and ensure timely, accurate responses
- Provide ad-hoc training on adventure tools and processes (MPWR Book, MPWR Learn, Check In/Out Process, Insurances, Accounting, and Program policies)
- Communicate important Outfitter/Member information to leadership, including competitive intelligence and support trends
- Partner with Regional Account Managers to build long-term relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet goals
- Assist internal teams with data entry and ad-hoc projects
- Provide Tier 1 support for the Xchange team through the Ask Polaris case platform
- Resolve member issues and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer interaction
- Act as the first point of contact for member inquiries and requests, handing off leads to the Sales team
- Facilitate member reservations, maintaining accurate data and supporting bookings
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service (B2B and B2C)
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as required
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate various systems to resolve concerns
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and resolve challenges proactively
- Strong negotiation skills to overcome barriers and resolve issues
- Superior interpersonal skills to build rapport and resolve conflicts with Outfitters, team members, and customers
- High performance with initiative and the ability to challenge the status quo to improve processes
