This position is ideal for natural caregivers, individuals with an interest in preschool teaching, teaching assistant, daycare, early childhood education, and care for individuals with special needs. It is also a great opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, behavior‑based therapy, and other psychology specialties.
No experience is required.As a Behavior Technician, you will interact one‑on‑one with children on the autism spectrum, from ages 2‑14, in our high‑quality children’s therapy clinic. We utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy), observing how our clients react to their environment and how they respond to people around them. You will engage these special children in fun activities to help build their skills and social awareness and document their progress.
All work is performed in our clinic; no travel required.

- No RBT? $16.00 to $18.00
- Sign On Bonus $1,000
- Obtained your RBT? Start at $16.25 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $22.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT.
- Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. - Availability to work full‑time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Centers are open periodically on Saturdays for make‑up client sessions).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, creative approach to problem‑solving.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
