Pinnacle Dermatology is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dermatology Medical Assistant to join our professional team. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional comprehensive care in dermatology, skin cancer treatment, cosmetics, and plastic surgery. As a Dermatology Medical Assistant, you will work closely with our dermatology team to ensure efficient patient care and smooth operation of our clinic.

• Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs and taking detailed medical histories
• Assist physicians during examinations and various procedures and ensure that all necessary instruments and equipment are available
• Conduct basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation
• Schedule patient appointments and manage all necessary office communications
• Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and appropriate skincare practices
• Ensure that examination rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with the necessary supplies

• Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical role is highly desirable
• Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly related to dermatology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients and staff
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software applications

Compensation Range: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
