As a BCBA Intern, you will help children with autism through evidence‑based interventions in a center‑based setting, accruing fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification while learning from experienced clinicians.

• Provide early‑intervention therapy in a center‑based setting.
• Shape the minds of children ages 18 months to 8 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA’s and a team of like‑minded colleagues.

• Accrued 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All restricted hours completed.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited master’s program applicable to BCBA certification.
• Background as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct‑care schedule to complete BACB Self‑Development (BDS) modules.
• Intend to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
