Field Reimbursement Manager –

We are looking for an expert facilitator who can open doors, foster communication, and bridge the gap between payers, providers, and patients. In this role you will serve as the subject‑matter expert on reimbursement, access and coverage issues affecting our products.

• Analyze access and reimbursement issues and identify opportunities.
• Provide education to field teams and HCPs on reimbursement, access and coverage matters.
• Coordinate with third parties, including reimbursement hubs, to resolve access issues.
• Support patient access to the products by serving as the subject‑matter expert on reimbursement barriers.

• BS/BA degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in field reimbursement, field sales, payer marketing, patient support programs, and/or reimbursement hub programs.
• Extensive knowledge of payer and health systems.
• Must live within or be within territory boundaries.

• Advanced degree.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy dynamics, buy‑and‑bill process and Medicare Parts A, B, C and D, as well as Medicaid and commercial payers.
• Demonstrated ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processes.
• Competent understanding of hub activities.
