Casual Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a casual Medical Receptionist to join our team at The Imaging Centers of Maple Grove and Imaging Center of Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office procedures and excellent communication skills. This position must be able to work Monday through Friday day shifts as needed.

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Schedule patient appointments using the clinic's software systems like or Epic
• Maintain and manage medical records accurately
• Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Assist with other office duties as required

Qualifications
:

• Previous experience working in a medical office setting is preferred
• Proficiency in using phone systems and medical office software such as Epic
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information following HIPAA guidelines
