We're seeking a Communications Consultant to join our growing team in Plymouth, MN and help take BAYCOM's technology further.

As a Communications Consultant, you'll build lasting relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver innovative technology solutions that help organizations operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network with outside sources, vendors, and existing customers to identify new opportunities.
• Prospect and develop relationships with new businesses across key industries.
• Present and demonstrate BAYCOM's communication and security solutions to stakeholders.
• Develop technical proposals and installation plans in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with current and new customers.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

• A high degree of reliability, honesty, and integrity
• At least two years of sales experience
• A competitive nature and motivation for sales success
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Flexibility to travel occasionally in support of business growth

• Base pay plus uncapped commission and paid training
