The E-Mon Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing error-free technical support resolutions as well as accurate, timely referral information to our customers on our E-Mon/D-Mon support line. They are expected to gather information and utilize web and product spec materials to guide customers through a Honeywell product. This position is critical to the growth of business for Honeywell and the individual filling this role must go above and beyond to help differentiate Honeywell from its competition.

They will be implementing and maintaining Honeywell/E-Mon / D-Mon Brand Sub Metering Systems throughout the USA.
Key Responsibilities

• Respond to all Customer Support requests with professionalism when requests are received through the phone.
• Ability to use critical thinking skills to determine what the customer is requesting based on limited information the customer has provided.
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervising personnel and co-workers.
• Possess the ability to project and convey a positive, concerned and professional image to customers and employees.
• Detail oriented individual.
• Must have extensive knowledge of Honeywell E-Mon / D-Mon products, offerings, and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience in the Electrical/Utility field.
• Working knowledge of Honeywell Computer Systems.
