Position Type: 6 months Contract

The Senior IT Security Engineer will assist with planning and implementing security solutions for business integration. The candidate is responsible for working closely with Health Care Company acquisitions and partners to bring consistency and corporate compliance to dissimilar security operations and infrastructure.

The successful applicant will be sought out as an IT Security expert who is result-oriented, innovative, and has experience working on multiple IT projects. The applicant will be responsible for configuring and implementing leading-edge technologies in a fast-paced growth-focused organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in IT Security
• 2+ years of experience with Security Consulting

A typical day for these candidates will include a 9AM team meeting to discuss updates, current task status, and work delegation. Following the team meeting, will be client engagement discussions, hardware configurations/testing, and coordination discussions.

Responsibilities include:

• Client engagement discussions
• Hardware configurations/testing
• Coordination discussions
• Communications outlining requirements for various efforts
• Working with vendors for product procurement, testing, and solution options

Occasional off-hours work may be required for refresh and deployment tasks.
