• ProvidestrategicleadershipandgovernanceforHSEprogramsacrossmultipleU.S.facilitiesandsupportfunctions.
• DevelopandexecuteHSEstrategies,standards,annual objectives,andkeyperformanceindicatorsthatalignwithbusinesspriorities,regulatory requirements,andoperationalexcellenceinitiatives.
• ServeasatrustedadvisortoexecutiveandoperationalleadersbyevaluatingHSErisks,recommendingpracticalsolutions,andintegratingHSEconsiderationsintobusinessplanninganddecision-making.
• Championaproactivesafetyculturebyestablishingclearexpectations,strengtheningleadershipaccountability,andincreasingemployeeengagementinhazardidentificationandriskreduction.
• Establishandmonitorleadingandlaggingindicators.

• LeadthedesignanddeliveryofHSEtraining,leadership development,andcompetencyprogramsthatbuildorganizationalcapabilityandstrengthensafetyownership.
• Partnerwithoperations,engineering,maintenance,quality,supply chain,and People&CulturetointegrateHSErequirementsintochangemanagement,capital projects,process improvements,andnewequipmentorfacilitydesign.
• Collaborate with

• Supportcorporateenvironmental,social,andgovernancereportingbymaintainingaccuratedata,validatingperformanceinformation,andadvancingmeasurableenvironmentalobjectives.
• Partnerwithexecutiveleadershiptoestablishannualandlong-rangeHSEpriorities,staffingandresourceneeds,andcapitalinvestmentrecommendationsthatprotectemployees,assets,operations,andtheenvironment.
• Performotherdutiesandresponsibilitiesasassignedtosupportbusinessneeds.
