Essential Functions:

Set up and run high-quality products at optimal speeds without supervision.

Load and unload rolls on/off the press with proper labeling and tracking.

Perform quality checks on every roll to maintain adhesive weights.

Inspect glue to ensure it meets specifications.

Clean the machine as needed.

Maintain a high level of cleanliness to keep the machine operational.

Ensure the machine and work area are in good condition.

Maintain housekeeping standards.

Work safely at all times.

Skills & Requirements:

Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.

Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Ability to read and write English.

Understanding and following safety procedures.

Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.

Ability to lead and train staff.

Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.

Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers.

Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.

Perform simple arithmetic.

Detect problems and report to appropriate personnel.
