Screening Operator

We are looking for a Screening Operator for our Plymouth, MI facility. In this role you will set up and operate all equipment for the screening process. You will be responsible for the homogeneity of in-process esports and finished products as well as meeting or exceeding safety, quality, and production targets.

• Under the direction of Lead Screener, set up the screen, including installation of specified screen as well as placement of appropriately labeled and color-coded hoppers for collection of screened material.
• Clean screening equipment between alloys to remove residual powder.
• Submit samples of in-process and finished product to the Quality Control laboratory for testing, identifying product with proper heat or lot number.
• Meet or exceed all safety, environmental, and health goals for the department.
• Meet or exceed quality goals’avait production orders.
• Meetಾಧಿಕ productivity targets.
• Contribute to continual improvement activities.
• Notify lead or supervisor about any problems.
• Perform other duties as required.
