The pay range for this role is $15 - $39 per hour.

• Develop and execute creative social media content that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to enhance audience engagement.
• Collaborate with partners to create authentic and engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends and platform changes to keep strategies current.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with outfitters and partners.
• Provide performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and email marketing.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging content.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with urgency.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools like Klaviyo.

• Experience with Meltwater or similar analytics tools.
• Background in identifying and managing influencer outreach opportunities.
• Ability to adapt content for various platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
