Corporate RN
Join Great Lakes Management (GLM) Senior Living Communities as a Corporate RN to travel between our assisted living communities and provide clinical excellence, quality assurance, and staff development.
Pay & BenefitsBase pay range: $39.00/hr – $45.00/hr

Schedule:
Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Reports To:
Corporate Director of Nursing
Status:
Non-Exempt
- Provide on-site RN coverage at GLM senior living communities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations related to resident services.
- Complete resident assessments and update service plans following changes in condition, falls, or incidents.
- Investigate medication errors, incidents, or concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with site leaders to promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
- Participate in quality assurance audits and assist in survey preparation and response.
- Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
- Current Wisconsin RN license in good standing or willing to be licensed in WI.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care, with staff supervision.
- Strong organizational, teaching, and leadership skills.
- Proficient with electronic health record systems and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Passion for serving older adults and promoting quality of life.
- Ability to travel between GLM communities throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and manage the emotional demands of caregiving.
- Typical schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.
