The Quality Assurance Manager at North States Industries plays a crucial role in maintaining and refining cost‑effective quality control methods for both domestic and imported products. They are responsible for ensuring that all products comply with applicable regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

• Supervise quality assurance inspection personnel and maintain QA processes, including product testing, inspection, and quality control measures, to address any deviations from quality standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of our products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain product certifications as appropriate.
• Liaise with Marketing and New Product Development teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality management systems.
• Oversee product testing activities and utilize data to validate product quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead a team of QA professionals and ensure team members perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred in STEM or mechanical engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a QA management role.
• Strong understanding of consumer product manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles.
• Experience in plastic injection molding is preferred.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to contribute to multidisciplinary new product development teams.
• Ability to write technical documents clearly and precisely.
