• 50%:
  Global project management of strategic Crop Nutrition research initiatives. Manage 3-5 research projects aimed at increasing Mosaic revenue by over $100M by 2028. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify challenges and develop research plans. Conduct discovery and development R&D activities to scale new technologies, focusing on product viability, mode of action, and agronomic efficacy. Develop protocols and coordinate trials, analyze data, and communicate findings effectively.
  
  A strong background in chemistry, including material, nano-, or inorganic chemistry, is required.
• 40%:
  Research alliance management. Lead 3-5 global university research alliances with investments up to $2M annually. Maintain communication, negotiate agreements, and coordinate activities. Manage sensitive documentation to protect company interests.
• 10%:
  Serve as a global Subject Matter Expert in chemistry. Support organizational strategies, synthesize research findings, and collaborate across teams. Identify new research opportunities and partnerships to advance R&D efforts.
