Work Directly With A Culver’s Owner: Our family of owners, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, will work the line with you, and we invest time in our employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Competitive Pay: Wages range from $13.00-$20.00 per hour. We hold bi-annual reviews that incentivize traits such as flexibility, coachability, and accountability. No Experience Is Necessary: We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.

Physical Requirements: Stand/Walk Constantly. Lift/carry 10# to 50#. Well-groomed in accordance with uniform standards as outlined in the handbook.
