• Provide upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests.
• Respond to resident, guest, and team member requests in a timely manner.
• Represent The Waters with a warm and inviting personality.
• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Create a fun, engaging, and caring environment for residents.
• Engage with residents’ family members and friends, taking time to visit with them.

• At least 16 years of age; 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• No experience required; previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Provide excellent hospitality to seniors.
