Full Time - Merchandising Service Associate – Day

Your Day at Lowe’sYou ensure store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate, safe, and visible. Most of your time is spent on non‑customer tasks, but you will engage with customers when opportunities arise, listening, answering questions, and assisting with merchandise.
Key Responsibilities- Complete merchandising resets and service‑related projects according to Lowe’s specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
- Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
- Update and validate way finding and product location signage, and maintain digital records throughout the store.
- Confirm product pricing is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels.
- Help drive add‑on sales by staging clearance products, sorting goods into proper locations, and ensuring displays are placed appropriately throughout the store.
- Repair or replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise, and displays.
- Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
- Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in‑store service to store, market, and corporate leaders.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
- Utilize web‑based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
- Lowe’s sales floor experience.
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays.
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment.
- Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.).
Regular travel is not required, but occasional travel to meetings, training, or neighboring stores may be needed. Work environments vary by location, including indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Associates may be exposed to extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, and noise from moving or shaking objects and equipment. Lifting methods follow guidelines limiting single lifts to 75 pounds, team lifts to 75 pounds or more, and powered equipment use with proper training.
