Overview

At Coborn’s, our Deli is all about fresh food, friendly faces, and creating moments that make guests feel right  a Deli Cook, you’ll be a key part of delivering the high‑quality foods and remarkable service our guests know and love. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, learn valuable culinary and guest service skills, and help create delicious meal solutions that make everyday life easier for our guests.

This role supports the Deli Department Manager and plays an important part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly, the hot case full, and the deli looking its best. If you enjoy hands‑on food prep, working with people, and taking pride in your work, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare fresh deli foods including meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and hot case items using standardized recipes.
  • Bake and fry products while maintaining quality, freshness, and presentation.
  • Assemble catering orders and package and label products accurately.
  • Receive, rotate, and code products while monitoring freshness.
  • Keep equipment, work areas, and displays clean, safe, and organized.
  • Support merchandising, in‑store displays, sampling, and suggestive selling.
  • Provide friendly, helpful service by greeting guests, sharing product knowledge, and making recommendations.
