At Coborn’s, our Floral department helps guests celebrate life’s moments both big and small. As a Floral Designer, you’ll bring creativity, care, and attention to detail to every arrangement, helping guests mark special occasions, brighten their day, or simply take something beautiful home.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with flowers, expressing creativity, and connecting with guests. You’ll design custom arrangements, keep the floral area fresh and inviting, and help create a shopping experience that feels personal and memorable.
What You’ll DoDesign and create custom floral arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, and seasonal designs for everyday moments and special events.
Work with a variety of flowers, plants, and supplies to bring guest requests and current trends to life.
Stay up to date on floral design trends and techniques to offer fresh, inspiring ideas.
Manage floral inventory by receiving, rotating, watering, and caring for flowers and plants to ensure quality and freshness.
Keep floral supplies, coolers, and storage areas clean, organized, and well stocked.
Create eye‑catching floral displays and merchandising arrangements that enhance the store and drive sales.
Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, backroom, and work area.
Deliver remarkable guest service by greeting guests, listening to their needs, sharing design ideas, and recommending complementary products.
Respond to guest questions or concerns with care and involve leadership when needed.
