Sales Assistant –
Twin City Fan & Blower
Location:
Plymouth, MN
Pay: $21‑$25/hour (dependent on experience). Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance.
Responsibilities- Assist Sales Representatives and customers with shipping information or information on old orders.
- Assist inside Sales personnel as needed.
- Distribute incoming and send outgoing faxes in the Sales department on a timely basis.
- Maintain fax numbers for Sales and Aerovent fax machines and group numbers.
- Maintain and locate Twin City Fan, Vento & Clarage files for sales staff and other departments.
- Perform switchboard/reception duties as needed.
- Assist with literature (making and packaging catalogs) as needed.
- Act, live, and behave by TCF Core Values.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous switchboard/receptionist experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in the use of standard office software programs and equipment.
- Standard office environment.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach.
- Ability to work extended hours sitting at a computer.
As a Sales Assistant you will be offered pay of $21/hour-$25/hour dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
