Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for helping customers succeed? We're looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team and play a key role in connecting businesses with high-impact advertising opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and other channels to schedule appointments and discuss advertising space options.
• Build strong relationships and close deals with just a few conversations-your voice is your superpower!
• Draft lease agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Keep our database updated with the latest location and campaign details.
• Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Stay informed about pricing, rental details, and campaign statuses to provide top-tier service.
• Invest in your personal growth through ongoing learning and development opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
