• Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Consult with clients to assess life insurance and financial services needs
• Present and sell life insurance policies, annuities, and financial products tailored to client goals
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business through ongoing client follow-up
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and policy proposals
• Stay current on industry products, regulations, and market trends
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals

• Active Minnesota Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain)
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and relatable way
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field a plus
