Key Responsibilities:

The Commercial Sales Engineerdevelopsandmaintainsstrongrelationshipswithcommercialcustomerswhileactivelyidentifyingandpursuingnewsalesopportunitiesthroughoutreachandnetworking .ThisroleisresponsibleforestimatingandsellingreplacementequipmentandretrofitprojectswhilepreparingaccurateproposalsandmanagingallopportunitieswithintheCRMsystem.

Thepositioncollaboratescloselywithinternalteamstoensureseamlessprojectexecutionandsupportsbothlightcommercialnewconstructionandretrofitopportunitiesacrossalltrades.

Additionally,the Commercial Sales Engineerstayscurrentonequipment ,codes,andavailablerebatesorgrantopportunities,whileconsistentlytracking,reporting,andachievingestablishedsalesgoalsandperformancemetrics.

Key Qualifications:

• Strongcustomeracquisitionofnewcustomersbymeansofcoldcalling,emailandotherstrategicmethods
• Goodcustomerserviceandrelationship-building skills
• Establishrelationshipswithlocalgeneralcontractors
• 5+yearsofcommercialHVAC,plumbing,electrical,ormechanicalexperience
• Strongestimatingandsystemdesigncapabilities
• Results-drivenwithexcellentorganizationandfollow-through
• Effectivecommunicatorwithstrongrelationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Officeand CRMsystems
• Knowledgeofcommercialcodes,systems,and applications
• Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
