We’re looking for a skilled Facilities Technician IV to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota, and help maintain our world-class facilities, laboratories, and equipment. As a Facilities Technician IV, you will play a key role in ensuring our facility operations run efficiently and safely.

• Location: Plymouth, MN (Onsite)

• Pay Range: $31.74 - $50.77 per hour

• Schedule: Full‑Time

• $5K signing bonus (Per eligibility requirements)

Pay Rate: $31.47 - $50.77 / hour

• Responding to and troubleshooting maintenance requests involving electrical, plumbing, structural, and equipment repairs

• Performing preventative maintenance and managing work orders through Daikin's CMMS system (x5)

• Supporting laboratory testing activities in accordance with ISO 17025 standards

• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing test rooms, test cells, and facility systems

• Maintaining and servicing chillers and related equipment

• Monitoring and operating the Building Management System (BMS)

• Coordinating and working alongside contractors as needed

• Submitting purchase requisitions for maintenance parts and supplies

• Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies

• Assisting with environmental audits and regulatory requirements

• Responding to facility emergencies and supporting after‑hours operational needs

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Communicating effectively across departments to support facility operations

• Associate degree in an HVAC maintenance‑related field or equivalent technical training

• Universal Refrigerant Certification (EPA 608)

• 7+ years of related facilities maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Work authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.

Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education:
Associates Degree.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $31.47 - $50.77 per hour. This range is a good‑faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
