The Senior Staff Software Engineer leads the team that supports and enhances the code base used for the company’s administrative and reporting tools. Responsibilities include overseeing all development practices for the web and services (integration) platform, leading implementation of the full stack web experience, collaborating closely with UX/UI department to shape technical vision, coaching full stack developers, and ensuring performance and scalability.

• Design and manage implementation of overall product and service integration architecture
• Prioritize and manage development effort to fulfill product feature requests timely
• Define and design architecture solutions with enterprise architects and the Manager, Software Engineering to create scalable and robust web applications
• Create technical specifications and test plans
• Write, translate and code automation scripts to test, maintain, and monitor solutions; work with Dev Ops to transition software into production environments
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 7 years of enterprise web development experience, 3 years leading teams of software developers
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology stack
• Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems
• Strong in-depth experience in SQL performance tuning
• Hands‑on experience with all layers of the development stack, including Java EE backend and Angular frontend
• Ability to articulate and explain technical solutions to stakeholders
