Job Title and Summary:
Lead Instructor:
Responsible for training hockey players of various ages in both on-ice and off-ice settings. This includes creating development plans, monitoring athlete progress during training and the season, and growing the program through player evaluation and recruitment.
Statement of Job Purposes and Objectives:
Provide high-quality coaching and skill instruction while building relationships with members. The goal is to develop a progression that enables each player to grow and excel in hockey and beyond. The position reports directly to management and leads part-time and seasonal staff, serving as a role model to members.
