Quality Care Transportation, Inc. (QCT) is seeking a dependable and organized dispatcher to support daily school and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) operations. • Assign and monitor school and NEMT transportation routes
• Communicate with drivers, schools, medical facilities, and families
• Manage schedule changes, no-shows, and emergency rerouting
• Track real-time driver locations using GPS tools
• Maintain accurate trip records and daily dispatch logs
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure full route coverage

• Prior dispatching or logistics experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Twin Cities geography
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, GPS, and dispatch software
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass a background check
• 1 year School Bus/Van Dispatching (required)
• 1 year Delivery Dispatching (required)

• Competitive hourly pay: $15.00 – $20.00
