Tenney Mountain Resort is a family-owned, revitalized ski destination in the heart of New Hampshire. Since our trails were first carved in 1959, Tenney has been known for its old-school charm, 1,650 feet of vertical, and authentic New England ski culture.

After a historic comeback season in , our momentum is only growing. We're re-energizing Tenney from the summit to the base—upgrading lifts, improving snow making, and building a team that’s passionate about mountain life.

• Greet guests and provide helpful, friendly service at the lifts
• Assist skiers and riders with loading and unloading lifts safely
• Monitor lift areas to ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
• Perform daily lift checks and maintain a clean, organized load/unload zone
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors about lift status or issues
• Pitch in across the team to keep lift operations running smoothly all day
• Represent Tenney with positivity, professionalism, and passion for the mountain

• Prior lift experience preferred — we'll train the right candidates
• Must be able to ski or snowboard (preferred) or be comfortable working around equipment
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet in winter conditions
• Comfortable working outdoors in extreme winter weather
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
