The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging store signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovery efforts.
• Providing Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, and Add Value.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing coverage during peak times, such as the day after Thanksgiving.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise levels.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores in personal vehicle required, often for extended periods.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.
• Work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel as needed within the district.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment assistance.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers and registers.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Handle birds/poultry safely.
• Complete required training successfully.
• Operate necessary equipment (excluding forklift and baler if under 18).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Drive vehicles.
• Stand, walk, reach overhead, and transfer merchandise.
• Move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoor areas.
