This is a full-time, on-site role based in Plymouth, NH, for Automotive Sales/Finance Personnel. The role involves assisting customers in selecting vehicles, managing sales transactions, coordinating financing, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining knowledge of the automotive inventory, and meeting sales goals. Additionally, you'll contribute to creating a positive and professional environment, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and a proven ability to guide customers through the purchasing process
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention techniques to build loyalty and trust
• Experience in Customer Service with a focus on effective communication and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of Automotive Sales and familiarity with vehicle features, financing options, and market trends
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Prior experience in automotive sales or finance is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in Sales or Finance are a plus
