• Manage a portfolio of clients including SMEs, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• Act as the main point of contact, building strong long-term client relationships
• Prepare and review management accounts, VAT returns and statutory accounts
• Oversee corporation tax work and ensure compliance deadlines are met
• Lead client meetings and provide commercial and financial advice
• Review work prepared by junior team members and provide feedback
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning with clients
• Contribute to onboarding new clients and identifying additional service opportunities

• ACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience within an accountancy practice
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards (FRS
  102)
• Experience managing a client portfolio
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
• Experience reviewing work and supporting junior staff
• Familiarity with Xero, IRIS and Excel is advantageous
