Temporary Assistant Accountant

An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join a growing finance team and support financial reporting, controls and month-end activities. If you are AAT qualified with experience as an Accounts Assistant or a Senior Finance Assistant, you could align perfectly with this role. Experience across the board with accounting, reconciliations and month-end support are important areas that you will require experience in.

This is a 6-month temporary assignment .

Key Responsibilities Preparing monthly accruals and prepayments Balance sheet reconciliations Assisting with management accounts preparation Fixed asset accounting VAT returns and statutory reporting support Supporting audit requests and finance projects About You AAT qualified or actively studying ACCA/CIMA Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant or Senior Finance Assistant Strong month-end experience Confident with accruals, prepayments and reconciliations Experience producing elements of management accounts Strong Excel skills, including lookups and data analysis What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
