Overview of the role

We are seeking a Temporary Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative assistance and support to Procurement Department within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail‑oriented, and possess strong communication skills. This temporary position will involve assisting with various tasks such as data entry, document preparation and other administrative duties as needed.

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Provide administrative support to Procurement Department.
  • Assist with data entry tasks including updating databases and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
What you’ll bring:
  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
