About the RoleStrong executive coordination is critical to the effectiveness of a growing Trust. This role ensures that the CEO and Executive Directors are supported to operate at pace, with clarity, focus and impact.
This is a highly trusted and visible role that will:
- Enable effective decision‑making and execution at the highest level
- Ensure seamless coordination across executive priorities and activity
- Strengthen communication, organisation and follow‑through across the Trust
- Provide the operational backbone that underpins senior leadership effectiveness
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as the central hub for executive activity, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Executive Team.
As Trust Executive Support Manager, you will:
- Provide high‑quality executive and personal assistant support to the CEO and Executive Directors
- Manage complex diaries, competing priorities and executive communications with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate Executive Team meetings, strategy sessions and leadership forums, including preparation of briefings and papers
- Act as a key liaison between the Executive Team, Board and internal and external stakeholders
- Track actions, decisions and priorities to ensure delivery and follow‑through
- Arrange complex travel and logistics for executive activity, ensuring efficiency and value for money
- Support business planning, projects and organisational priorities through strong coordination and administration
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, judgement and discretion, working behind the scenes to ensure leaders are fully enabled to deliver.
About YouYou will be a highly organised, proactive and trusted professional, with:
- Significant experience providing EA/PA support to senior leaders in complex organisations
- Outstanding organisational, prioritisation and coordination skills
- The ability to manage multiple competing demands with confidence and calmness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting executive‑level documentation
- High levels of discretion, integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including executive and board‑level colleagues
