Pay rate: £13.26 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (full-time)

Assignment:
Temporary role for 3 months initially, with potential for extension depending on needs and requirements of the team.

We’re currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Administrator / Data Input Assistant to join a busy, fast‑paced team based in PL7. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in accuracy, and can confidently support wider business operations.

This role is ideal for a naturally detail‑focused, forward‑thinking individual who can spot potential issues before they develop, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Please note that due to the location of this assignment, your own transport will be required as the site is not accessible via public transport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate data across internal systems
  • Managing and updating records in line with company procedures
  • Carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider team
  • Reviewing information thoroughly to identify errors, gaps, or inconsistencies
  • Proactively highlighting potential risks or missing details to prevent future issues
  • Handling sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and care
  • Supporting process improvements by suggesting efficiencies where appropriate

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
