Join Amplius as Personal Assistant to our Chief Executive Officer, where you'll coordinate diaries, meetings and communications, providing trusted support that enables them to focus on strategic priorities and leading the organisation. Salary:£39,886 per year
Contract:
Permanent, full time Your week: 36.25 hours
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.15pm

-Amplius colleague benefits Snapshot of your role Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive, including managing diaries, inboxes and correspondence. Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, papers and supporting materials, and taking accurate minutes where required. Manage travel, accommodation and itineraries in an efficient and cost-effective way. Prepare reports, presentations and other documents to support business activities. Support governance processes, including coordinating and distributing papers for Executive and senior leadership meetings.
Maintain accurate filing systems and records using systems such as Teams and SharePoint, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements. Act as a key point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders, while supporting events, projects, financial administration and acting as a brand ambassador for Amplius. What were looking for GCSEs in English and Maths. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrator.
Experience managing complex diaries, correspondence, and meeting arrangements. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, such as Teams and SharePoint. Experience handling confidential information with discretion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands. A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to build positive relationships, work independently and collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities.
