Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with company policies. Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing correspondence. Monitor office supplies, place orders as needed, and manage supplier relationships and service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and continuity of services. Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, catering arrangements, travel bookings, and accommodation. Act as the main point of contact for health and safety matters, organising audits and liaising with building management.
Support onboarding processes for new employees and interns. Process invoices using SAP and maintain accurate payment records. Serve as the primary contact for office maintenance, service requests, and IT-related issues, ensuring timely resolution. Manage subscriptions relevant to the business, ensuring accurate records and timely renewals on favourable terms.
